Utilizing teachings from Marshall Rosenberg's book, “Non-Violent Communication”, Mindful Communication provides clear, precise verbiage to communicate effectively with those around you. Mindful Communication uses four basic actions to help you identify your feelings before speaking, in order to express them in a peaceful precise way. This method of communication can be beneficial in the home, workplace, while shopping, or when spending time with the family and is effective at improving communication skills for all ages.
